Orders bought in our fysical stores can't be returned

We have a 10-day return policy after receiving your order. To start a return, sent us an request at katastrofshop@hotmail.com within 3 days after receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return in our Ghent store is possible (please check store opening hours). For returns in store an admistration fee of 1,99€ will be deducted. Please note that returns in our Latem store will not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return costs are non refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
